Quantitative

We have a 100 station CATI resource using the NIPO platform which offers mixed and switch modes and enables our interviewers to work from our offices in Shoreditch or remotely in the countries where research is being undertaken.

In London we have over 200 fully trained interviewers and we offer fluency in most business languages.

Qualitative

We have a team of experienced, executive interviewers who conduct depth interviews with consumers, patients, medical practitioners, business executives and stakeholders.

These interviewers engage with harder to reach respondents, senior professionals and executives and with respondents where the discussion material is either sensitive or relatively complex.

We cover most business languages and have a good understanding of the commercial, health or social contexts in which research is usually applied.

Recruitment

Our international teams are regularly deployed to recruit respondents for online quantitative studies.

We also conduct UK and International qualitative recruitment for focus groups, online groups and face to face interviews.
